The Ministry of Health have published guidance for critical health services during an Omicron outbreak on their website.
They have confirmed for NZSN that School Nurses and School GPs across NZ are included in the definition of critical workers, and that School Based Health Services are included in the definition of critical health services.
The information available on their website provides guidance for critical workers who may contract COVID19 around stand downs and returning to work, along with numerous other helpful documents related to exposure event management.
